Mr. Newman is
noted for his breadth of knowledge in addressing the assessment
and remediation of environmentally impaired resources. He
is a professional geologist specializing in hydrogeological analysis,
site evaluations, and the characterization of hazardous material
deposition. He has over thirty years of experience in natural
resource evaluation, surface and subsurface assessments, contamination
plume identification and mapping, and design of remediation systems.
His expertise is in managing all phases and types of site cleanup
from initial characterization through closure.

and Chief Executive Officer of TRAK, Mr. Newman directs all operational
and administrative functions of a full-service environmental engineering
firm. Technical specialties include subsurface assessment,
groundwater resource management, fate and transport analysis, and
hazardous materials cleanup. Previous responsibilities included
feasibility analysis and corrective action implementation, with
design, installation and operation of remediation systems for petroleum
hydrocarbon contaminated soil and groundwater sites. Directed
geological studies, hydrogeological investigations, and pilot testing
at contaminated sites throughout California.
